Killer Fever: The Outdoor Threat
David Kurth, a 43-year-old landscaper, suddenly developed high fevers. As his condition worsened, his family took him to the hospital. They thought he had pneumonia, but the doctor found out he had tularemia, a very rare bacterial disease. His condition quickly became critical, and he died a few days later. Over the next month, ten more people got infected.
