Where does our FOOD come from? | Free Documentary French fries are one of the most popular potato dishes, but they can vary greatly in quality. But does this really only depend on the potato, or does the production process play an equally important role? We compare the handmade fries of a chip shop with the mass production of a factory. (chips = fries. The Brits say chips for fries and crisps for chips. ;)
