American Masters: Harper Lee explores the mysterious life of the author of "To Kill a Mockingbird" (1960) and the phenomenon behind her iconic novel. One of the most influential American novels of the 20th century and biggest bestsellers of all time, "To Kill a Mockingbird" was believed to be the first and only novel by Nelle Harper Lee, until now. This documentary also explores "Go Set a Watchman," Lee's recently published novel.
