Animal Arms Race - Plains

Nowhere else are animals more exposed in their struggles than on vast, open plains and deserts. In these great expanses there is nowhere to hide. The world's great plains are home to some of the biggest concentrations of animals in the world, but they can detect threats from miles away. Predators can not rely on their speed or strength alone to take down prey - they must use strategy and teamwork.
