A Peek Into 80s China: Food, Scenery and Culture
Kenneth Lo left his native China well over fifty years ago and he has been successfully colonizing Britain ever since. From his arrival in London in 1936, he has sold a million Chinese prints, written over 30 books on Chinese cookery, fronted a television series and opened his own restaurant. Now, he guides an expedition of western food writers, gourmets and gourmands into China's culture and cities: 3,000 miles of coastal China, by road, rail and sea, to Beijing.
