Eva zu Beck heads into the Copper Canyon in Mexico to meet the famous Rarámuri (Tarahumara) runners, known for their exceptional endurance and ability to run extremely long distances. Through her time with the community, Eva learns about their running techniques, the cultural significance of running, and the mental and physical endurance required. She takes on the challenge of running an ultramarathon distance, embracing the traditional lifestyle and equipment of the Rarámuri.
